RETURNS/EXCHANGES

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns. If an item is faulty, please inform us within 14 days of purchase. All returns must be in original packaging. In the event of a fault, we will exchange your item (subject to availability). If your choice is no longer available, we will offer an alternative or you will be entitled to a refund.

 

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected within 14 days of purchase, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If your item is no longer in stock, an alternative will be offered. If you are unhappy with the alternative, you will be entitled to a refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

 

SHIPPING FAULTY ITEMS

To return your product, please get in touch with us at lighting@greenwolflighting.com, and a member of our team will assist you.

Unless faulty, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
